Rod Stewart - Every Picture Tells a Story - 1971

The illustrations on the front- and back cover have been created by John Craig.
The photo on the front was taken by Lisa Margolis during a performance of Stewart at the Fillmore East, New York. The 'Classic Edition' statement suggests that we are dealing with a reissue but it was always there. In fact it was an accurate prediction. 'Every picture' became one of the most iconic album covers in history.

The eight illustrations on the back correspond to the song titles and tell their story. But when you listen to the album you can hear ten tracks.
There is a hidden track on side A between 'Thats Alright' and 'Tomorrow is a Long Time' which is 'Amazing Grace'. There is also an instrumental intro before 'Maggie May' on side B which is named 'Henry'.
